The Dead Daisies roared into San Diego’s House of Blues with a thunderous set that reminded everyone why they remain one of the purest embodiments of modern classic rock. From the explosive opener “Light ‘Em Up” to the riotous finale “Helter Skelter,” the band delivered a relentless wave of energy and grit. Each song was a declaration of survival and swagger, anchored by Glenn Hughes’ volcanic vocals and Doug Aldrich’s fiery guitar work. The chemistry onstage was electric — a brotherhood forged in riffs and sweat.
